About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Civil Engineer PE to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll be a key player in designing and executing civil site projects collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to bring innovative solutions to life. If youre passionate about civil engineering and have a knack for design permitting and client communication we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Analyze survey plans reports and data to inform project designs.
• Forecast and adhere to project timelines ensuring efficient delivery.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software to create detailed site designs.
• Collaborate with state local and federal jurisdictions to secure necessary permits.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• 46 years of professional experience in site design.
• Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain it through reciprocity within 6 months.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Experience in site design entitlements and permitting with local jurisdictions.

Bonus Points For:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with permitting processes and procedures.
• Background in turnkey site design for residential multifamily or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of green infrastructure and LID (Low Impact Development) principles.
