Job Description
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation
- Establish and maintain a strong and diverse pipeline of potential clients
- Engage with clients to comprehensively comprehend their talent acquisition needs and propose customized solutions
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements with clients, fostering mutually advantageous partnerships

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
