Outlet Supervisor

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Certificates or training courses in sales management or a related field are an added advantage.

Team Management: Ability to lead and direct the sales team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff, and handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Sales Management: Ability to organize and manage sales activities within the outlet, ensuring that specified sales targets are achieved.

Planning and Organizing: Skills in organizing and arranging sales operations, managing inventory, and coordinating daily activities in the outlet.

Customer Service: Skills in providing excellent customer service and improving the customer experience within the outlet.
