Reservations Manager

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Training certificates in reservations management are a plus.

Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage and organize the reservation system, including handling reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with customers, teams, and suppliers to meet reservation needs and resolve issues.

Team Management: Ability to lead and direct a team of reservations staff, including training, evaluation, and motivating the team.

Data Analysis: Ability to analyze reservation data to identify trends and opportunities and improve performance.
