Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1600 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST

Position Overview:
We are looking for a fulltime Operations Coordinator to assist the operations manager with tasks and responsibilities creating and maintaining SOPs/resources and managing various reports. The ideal candidate will have near mastery of the English language excellent communication skills and the ability to handle complex issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Assist the operations manager with various tasks and responsibilities.
  • SOP Development: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and resources.
  • Report Management: Create and manage a variety of reports to support operations.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with team members and clients.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Near mastery of the English language both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in an operational support or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage fastpaced dialogue.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond in a dynamic work environment.

NicetoHaves:

  • Understanding of operational processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing reports.

Additional Requirements:

  • Reliable stable and highspeed home internet access.
  • A private and distractionfree workspace.
  • Consciousness of data security and respect for clients confidential information.
