About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Facility Coordinator to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll be a key member of the team ensuring the smooth operation of our clients offices in Addison and Dallas Texas. If youre passionate about providing exceptional service and have a knack for problemsolving and organization we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Act as the first point of contact for staff guests property management vendors and building security.
• Oversee facility operations ensuring exemplary customer/employee service (amenities meeting events etc.).
• Plan and coordinate new hire seating assignments and internal staff moves.
• Manage and maintain the floor plan software (Centerstone).
• Inspect spaces daily identify maintenance needs report deficiencies and recommend improvements.

What You Bring:

• General problemsolving ability and a cando approach.
• Flexibility to provide consistent service in a changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
