Freelance Customer Service

Working Hours: Weekdays; 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (5 hours)

Compensation: RM10 per hour

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Freelance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic tuition center team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fastpaced environments and can handle customer inquiries with precision and urgency. As a key member of our customer service team you will be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bilingual Communication
Speak read and write in both Mandarin and English to cater to our diverse clientele.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all communications.

2. Immediate Response
Respond instantly to WhatsApp calls emails and messages on other social media platforms.
Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed with a sense of urgency.

3. Polite and Professionalism
Handle customer interactions with politeness and professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
Manage customer expectations effectively and provide accurate information.

4. Adaptability and Coachability
Be open to feedback and willing to adapt to new processes and tools.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills.

Ideal Candidate

1. Bilingual Skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken.
