Our drivers transport many schoolage students experiencing homelessness living in foster care living with mental or emotional special needs or other circumstances that make traditional yellow school buses a poor transportation option. Position Overview:

We are seeking a persistent organized detailoriented and valuesdriven professional to join our team as a temporary Compliance Specialist. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Recruitment Onboarding and Compliance and will regularly collaborate with the recruitment operations and onboarding teams. The successful candidate will assist in an ongoing compliance program onboard new drivers and handle compliancerelated inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Program Management: Assist in ensuring 95% driver regulatory compliance prepare and send compliance reports and monitor drivers status.
• Onboarding: Efficiently and effectively present virtual new hire training to incoming drivers and onboard rehires.
• Communication: Conduct a high volume of daily phone calls and text messages to ensure compliance and onboarding processes are followed.
• Collaboration: Work with multiple internal stakeholders to complete compliance requirements and provide support to crossfunctional departments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential data and documents.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of compliance/HR experience.
• At least 1 year of remote work experience.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Laptop with a working camera and microphone.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Bachelors degree.
• Experience working with Fountain applicant tracking system.
