Job Description

Position Overview: The HR Manager will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial HR role with a strong background in operational HR strategic HR and payroll management. This position requires a handson approach to ensure efficient and effective HR functions across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
  • Proven experience in operational HR strategic HR and payroll management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daytoday HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee relations and offboarding.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage employee records and HR databases.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
    • Drive initiatives for employee engagement retention and development.
    • Collaborate with senior management to provide HR insights and recommendations.
    • Handle the endtoend payroll process ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
    • Manage payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies.
    • Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and support the development of performance improvement plans.
    • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture and environment.
