Travel Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Travel Coordinator for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism Hospitality Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Previous experience in travel coordination or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will be measured yearly based on the performance appraisal.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  Followup inquiries generated through social media.
• Plan and customize travel itineraries for individuals families and groups.
• Provide detailed information about destinations accommodations transport options and activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients providing exceptional customer service before during and after travel.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly.
• Handle any travelrelated emergencies or changes efficiently.
• Stay updated on travel regulations health advisories and safety guidelines.
• Promote travel packages and services to potential clients.
• Participate in travel fairs exhibitions and networking events.
• Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients.
• Provide cost estimates and manage travel budgets for clients.
• Ensure costeffective travel arrangements without compromising on quality.
• Use travel management software and online booking systems efficiently.
