Spanish Sales Consultant

About the Role:

As a Spanish Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Customer Support: Answering inbound calls from customers regarding sales aftersales setup and technical inquiries.
• Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer needs.
• Sales: Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products or solutions.
• Technical Support: Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear stepbystep guidance to customers.
• Customer Satisfaction: Building strong relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clearly explain product features benefits and pricing to customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Upsell and crosssell products and services to meet customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish (C2 level) and excellent English communication skills (B2 level).
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential.
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
