Job Description

Join one of the Gulf's leading education providers with your core sales skills.

We are looking for a sales and customer-focused person to become an online-based Sales Executive covering the GCC/Middle East. As a Sales Executive, you will be developing and maintaining excellent relationships with a wide range of customers, building rapport, looking for areas of growth and targeting new business. We look forward to you actively reaching out to new customers, setting up sales meetings, and working with the training managers to implement a successful sales plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Arabic languages
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Confidently convert new leads into new business
  • Carry out proactive sales calls
  • Work together with the team in maximising sales and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline through call management, lead generation and effective relationship building.
  • Keep client information, notes and communication up to date in the system.

Sales Executive - Experience & Attributes:

  • To be customer centric with a sales and customer service background
  • Experience working within a sales/target driven role
  • To have had experience working in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
  • A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
  • An ability to work with CRM software, and embrace change and new technologies
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Personal Laptop/ Computer to work
  • Personal Mobile phone
  • Fast internet connection to work without disconnection throughout daily working hours.
