Sales Executive - Real Estate Experience Mandatory

This is Hourly Paid Job Between $85 $ 115 US Remote

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential estate agents within the assigned area to promote our apps benefits and features.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with estate agents understanding their needs and presenting how our app can address their challenges effectively.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations either virtually or in person to showcase the apps value proposition.
• Implement strategies to drive app signups and user adoption among estate agents.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales preferably in a remote capacity with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients remotely and inperson.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities to articulate the benefits of our app and persuade potential clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while achieving set goals.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet with potential clients.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry or prior experience working with estate agents is a plus.
