About the Role:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Writer/Knowledge Base Specialist to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll create edit and update critical knowledge base content to support staff in their daily roles. If youre passionate about technical writing and have a knack for organizing information we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Create edit and update knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with SMEs to document SOPs and processes.
• Manage knowledge base content and administration.
• Provide coaching and feedback on writing skills.
• Support training initiatives with written materials.

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree in communication English journalism or IT with a focus on technical writing.
• 36 years of experience in technical writing and editing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with content management systems (Confluence preferred).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the energy/environmental industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
