Operations And Merchandising Coordinator

We are looking for a parttime member who will be working 24 hours a day to begin with and if the performance goes well. The contractor will potentially be converted to fulltime. The contractor should be willing to work parttime and have the capacity to transition to fulltime.

Job Role: Merchandising & Operations Support

Company background: Fields Luxury Limited designs and distributes its own portfolio of British heritage watch brands. We have these watches manufactured in China and sell to a diverse range of B2B and B2C customers. We are a fast growing exciting and collaborative company.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: supporting on stock planning forecasting and orders
• Admin: Supporting on product line information and listing products on sales channels alongside other adhoc tasks
• Customer Services: responding to customer queries both via message and via phone
• Finance Support: supporting on the processing of invoices
• Logistics Support: supporting on admin tasks relating to shipments
