Job Description

Title: Trilingual Action Coordinator (French German Dutch)

Location: Ghent Belgium

Our primary focus is to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers during breakdowns leaving them with a lasting positive impression of our brand. As an Uptime Coordinator you will go the extra mile to communicate effectively between the customer driver and dealer ensuring solutions are found to get vehicles back on the road swiftly.

You will manage these breakdown cases across Europe handling essential information within our designated systems in the customers first language. Always prioritizing customer needs you will follow the defined breakdown process and act as the key communicator among the involved parties finding suitable solutions for drivers.

Requirements:

  • Customeroriented: A strong focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Positive Attitude: Highly motivated with robust communication skills.
  • Team Player: Eager to share knowledge learn and exceed expectations.
  • Supportive: Willing to help your team develop knowledge.
  • Flexible: Ready to work in a shift system.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French German and Dutch with a high level of English.


Work Details:

  • Work model: onsite
  • Holidays: 10 public holidays and 20 days of legal leave.
  • Training: Initial training onsite followed by a hybrid model.
  • Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts with a standard shift of 7 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Breaks: 30minute lunch break.
