As an Uptime Coordinator you will go the extra mile to communicate effectively between the customer driver and dealer ensuring solutions are found to get vehicles back on the road swiftly.

You will manage these breakdown cases across Europe handling essential information within our designated systems in the customers first language. Always prioritizing customer needs you will follow the defined breakdown process and act as the key communicator among the involved parties finding suitable solutions for drivers.

Work Details:

• Work model: onsite
• Holidays: 10 public holidays and 20 days of legal leave.
• Training: Initial training onsite followed by a hybrid model.
• Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts with a standard shift of 7 hours and 30 minutes.
• Breaks: 30minute lunch break.
