Individuals in this role will contribute to producing custom and syndicated market research for the U.S. provider industry with a particular focus on healthcare revenue cycle. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate clearly concisely and objectively in written and spoken Englishas well as possess the meticulous organizational skills and initiative required to supporting the production of quality deliverables under tight deadlines. About You

Experience skills education and accomplishments

• Undergraduate degreepreferably in English communications journalism or other related fieldwith a proven record of academic success
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience with experience in researching/writing or market research
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient in English language grammar and spelling
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple projects and priorities with limited oversight
• It would be great if you also had
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
• Undergraduate degree in a healthcare field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
• Highly selfmotivated and demonstrates initiative

What will you be doing in this role

• Primary and Secondary Research Research growing and dynamic trends within the provider industry including changing regulatory requirements
• Primary and Secondary Research Conduct polling surveys and firstperson interviews with hospital leaders and industry experts in order to report on key findings
• Primary and Secondary Research Conduct secondary research to uncover literature perspectives and key insights relevant to the providerclient base and provide authoritative commentary on trends
• Written Analysis Gather prioritize and review information to produce qualitative and quantitative analysis for U.S. hospitals and health systems
• Written Analysis Synthesize research and datainterpreting sources accurately and criticallyin order to determine the implications for healthcare providers and the patient experience
• Written Analysis Draft thoughtful wellorganized articles reports and presentations as well as compose deliverables and emails on key industry shifts and regulatory changes
• Client Support Interact regularly with clients to understand their needs deliver targeted information and solutions and use feedback to improve research products
• Client Support Conduct custom research on behalf of clients and keep them apprised of progress
