Overview

As a Mental Health Therapist at our client you will provide evidencebased treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes therapy sessions assessments and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Mental Health Therapist must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

EvidenceBased Treatment: Render evidencebased treatment to a spectrum of patients.

Mental Health Services: Provide an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.

Therapeutic Sessions: Conduct intakes individual group and family therapy when applicable.

Assessments and Counseling: Provide mental health assessments counseling referrals and intervention services.

Documentation: Complete and maintain documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal State and company guidelines.

Schedule and Shift Details

Remote Work: Fully remote with flexible scheduling.

Hours: Therapists can make their own schedule between the hours of 7 AM 9 PM EST 7 days a week.

Evening/Weekend Shifts: Therapists must work until 8 PM on 2 days per week or 4 fourhour shifts on weekends.

OnCall: No oncall duties required.

Qualifications

Licensure: Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.

Experience: Experience in providing telehealth services preferred.
