Job Description

Role: CRM Project Consultant
Location: Hybrid - 2 Days a week from a central London HQ
Duration: 9 months FTC

WRK digital are delighted to be working with a Executive Search Recruitment business who are looking for a CRM Project Consultant to work on a 9 month fixed term contract.

For context, executive search is a specialised type of recruitment aimed at attracting highly skilled senior management talent to an organisation. It is typically used to fill strategically important roles such as C-suite positions, Non-Executive Directors and Board members. Organisations develop long-term partnerships with executive search firms like us, who act as an extension of their business, identifying and engaging candidates on their behalf.

As part of an ongoing commitment to improve services, our client is embarking on a project to implement a new CRM and search delivery software that will streamline processes and enhance their customer relationship management.

WRK digital are therefore shortlisting for an experienced and dynamic Interim Programme Manager to lead the scoping, selection, and implementation of a new CRM and search delivery system into the business. This is a critical role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on project management expertise.

Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Scoping:
o Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current CRM and search delivery needs.
o Engage with key stakeholders from finance, technology, marketing, and business leaders to understand and document detailed requirements.
o Develop a clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Embed more structure and rigour into the search process while adding CRM functionality.

* Selection:
o Research and evaluate potential CRM and search delivery solutions that align with the business needs.
o Facilitate vendor presentations and demonstrations.
o Lead the decision-making process to select the best-fit partner/system.
o Agree on the implementation process with the chosen provider.

* Implementation:
o Develop a detailed project plan including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
o Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the new system.
o Ensure effective data migration from legacy systems.
o Implement user training and support to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.
o Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the project stays on track and within budget.

* Leadership:
o Assemble and chair a working group with key stakeholders.
o Ensure broader business buy-in and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Attributes & qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

* Proven experience as a Programme Manager, particularly with CRM and/or executive search delivery software implementation projects.
* A strong understanding of CRM and search delivery systems and technology.
* Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, balanced with the willingness to be hands-on in achieving objectives.
* The ability to engage and manage multiple senior stakeholders across different levels of the organization and to effect change by bringing them along on the journey.
* Experience in driving project activity to deliver against defined objectives, resolving any issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of the project.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity.
* Experience driving transparent and accurate risk reporting and evaluation.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* PMP or similar project management certification.

Geography
This role is based in the City of London, near Monument/Bank underground stations. The team operate a hybrid working environment, with employees typically spending 2-3 days a week in the office.
