Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and prospects.
  • Follow up on sales proposals and inquiries to convert leads into customers.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales, ZoomInfo, and other platforms to identify and reach out to potential clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent research, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data verification.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and platforms like ZoomInfo (preferably), Cognism, Seamless, Upload, Apollo.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, like Zoho or Salesforce.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for work.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
