Job Description

  • As a pre-sales Solutions Architect - GenAI you are supporting the Sales team’s efforts to engage with prospective clients and translate their often custom requirements into a full-fledged, end-to end solution. You will work on a wide range of dataset creation and annotation projects, supporting cutting edge AI research and development with a focus on LLM fine-tuning. In order to establish new processes, you will be working closely with the Sales team, prospective and current clients, and our globally-based Project Management teams. You will also have the opportunity to design, coordinate, and product manage custom tooling and workflows.

    This role is remote, and the ideal candidate will be a self-directed learner, creative thinker, and workplace chameleon. You will need to be adaptive, curious, and resourceful, and enjoy working with a diverse team. Individuals with demonstrated experience working in and with engineering teams (whether in studies or professionally) will be the strongest candidates.

    Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provides in-depth solutions consulting and program management for new annotation and corpus creation workflows, particularly within the domain of LLM creation and refinement which involves:
    • Designs and implements all workflows necessary to set-up and initiate new projects and achieve targeted deliverables.
    • Developing workflow guidelines
    • Validating findings and output with client teams
    • Coordinating execution of project with Delivery teams and Project Managers
  • Work with existing and prospective customers to deeply understand their proposed use case(s) and propose solutions based on iMerit’s core offerings, technology, and workforce capability.
  • Lead newly engaged customers through any technical sales consultation and project implementation phase, while building trust in the solutions offered by iMerit.
  • Provide consultative proposals and findings to clients in an organized and accessible manner. This includes a combination of data analysis, development of workflow proposals, and the ability to clearly map out processes and values provided by the iMerit team. While heavily consultative, the ability to win (and maintain) client trust is of great importance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including the project design, development, implementation, and delivery.
  • Subject matter expert in domain, state of industry, new use cases, competition, and market intelligence
  • Must have skills:
  • Experience working in annotation/labeling services, Data Ops, Label Ops, ML Ops
  • Experience in working in Natural Language Sciences
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, PHP, Python, R.
  • Minimum 5-7years client facing experience working in a multinational organization.
  • Excellent communicator in English (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Comfortable working with structured data and basic data engineering concepts
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and project management. Able to assess situations, and adjust approach accordingly.
  • Demonstrates experience in researching and improving knowledge related to market trends, technology, and concepts in the Machine Learning/Data Science field.
