Job Description
Educational qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. Training courses in culinary arts or baking are an added advantage.
Technical skills: The ability to prepare and prepare different types of bread and pastries, and understand kneading and baking techniques.
Ingredients Management: Skills in measuring and mixing ingredients accurately, managing inventory and ensuring the availability of essential materials.
Safety Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of food safety standards, including hygiene and sanitary precautions during food preparation.
