Marketing and Communications Manager

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field. Advanced degrees in marketing or communications are an added advantage.

Marketing strategies: The ability to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that include all marketing and promotion channels.

Campaign Management: Skills in designing and managing marketing and advertising campaigns, and analyzing their results to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and achieve goals.

Effective Communication: Strong skills in communicating with the public, media, partners, and team to ensure clarity of messages and reinforcement of the brand.

Team Management: Ability to lead and direct the marketing and communications team, including coaching, performance evaluation and team motivation.
