Your mission

• Development and implementation of sustainability strategies and ESG strategy
• Support in the implementation and continuous improvement of ESG performance reports and systems in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
• Coordination of sustainability projects in cooperation with all departments
• Supporting the strategic alignment of the company definition and tracking of KPIs
• Preparation of CO2 balances according to the GHG Protocol
• Support in sustainabilityrelated communication with internal stakeholders and external experts partners and auditors
• Monitoring and analyzing trends and developments in sustainability reporting

Your profile

• Degree in Sustainable Development Business Administration Engineering or other relevant fields
• Several years of work experience in an internal ESG/CSRP team ESG consulting project management or banking with focus on sustainability ideally in an international environment
• Indepth knowledge of sustainability standards and reporting as well as relevant environmental and social laws
• Ability to integrate sustainability topics into business context
• Creative mindset affinity for quantitative models strong conceptual and implementation skills
• High motivation selforganized work style and strong communication skills
• Strong ownership with a handson mentality to implement crossfunctional measures
• Knowledge of ESG reports and frameworks is an advantage
• Fluent English skills German is a plus
