Community Manager (m/f/d) Automotive OEM Engagement Specialist in hybrid in our office in Mannheim or fully remote

This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our events. It will hold the primary responsibility of engaging Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotove industry and encouraging their participation in our upcoming trade shows.

Tasks

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS:

• Working with data sales and marketing teams to conduct thorough market research to identify key OEMs in the automotive industry
• Implement targeted outreach strategies leveraging market research insights to attract and engage potential visitors to the show
• Keep uptodate with industry news and trends and relationshipbuilding that they continue to deepen and nurture
• Selling and negotiating attractive packages for trade fair visitors and exhibitors within the agreed budget
• Be willing to travel extensively to visit the offices of targeted OEMs conduct onsite hosting at our events and occasionally visit the UK office
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless hosting of OEMs at our trade shows and provide onsite facilities e.g lounge areas working areas and meeting rooms in line with agreed budgets.

Requirements

WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE:

• strong communication skills a deep understanding of the automotive sector and the ability to build and nurture relationships with senior industry players
• Demonstrated ability to drive visitor growth and achieve business objectives and personal targets and KPIs
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key decisionmakers within OEM organisations
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strategic thinker who analyses market trends and identifies new business opportunities
• Financial acumen to make decisions that align with the businesss financial goals
• Customerfocused on the needs and preferences of customers to help build longterm relationships
