Job Description
- In conjunction with the Reservations Manager, coordinate and managing the daily operations and efficient running of the Reservations Department, ensuring the department objectives are being achieved
- Delegate tasks to team members by assigning duties and preparing their work schedules
- Ensuring all administrative procedures are completed accurately and in accordance with the departmental and hotel guidelines
- Working with the Reservations Manager to implement and deliver individual and departmental training plans
- Working with the groups team on a day to day basis ensuring all enquires are analysed and responded to within brand standard timeframes
- Assist in the preparation of contracts for the leisure segment (FIT, group allocation and series)
