Your Role:

• Drive the preparation of annual operating budgets ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
• Strategize and manage budget impacts offering guidance to senior leadership on enhancement strategies.
• Prepare multiyear financial plans identifying risks and opportunities for longterm sustainability.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support key institutional initiatives.
• Develop compelling business cases for strategic initiatives advising on budget forecasts and financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting providing insights to senior management and external parties.

• Advise and guide budget managers on budget preparation and financial result interpretation.
• Recommend and implement quality and efficiency improvements in financial processes.
• Act as a consultant on budget guidelines and financial policies ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Supervise and mentor a team of Financial Planning Analysts fostering a collaborative and highperforming environment.
• Provide leadership in financial analysis processes ensuring effective teamwork and information sharing.

What You Bring:

• An Honours Degree in Business Commerce Finance Accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation is required at the time of hire.
• Strong communication with the ability to deliver presentations to CSuite and Stakeholders
• 5 years of relevant work experience with expertise in Public Sector Accounting Standards (Highly desireable)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).
• Demonstrated competence in financial modelling and strong analytical skills.
