Job Description
- Fit-Out Projects:Lead mechanical engineering aspects of fit-out projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure mechanical systems meet project specifications and standards.
Review and approve mechanical designs and plans. - Facility Management:Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. - Compliance and Safety:Ensure all mechanical installations and maintenance comply with local regulations and safety standards.
