Our client a prominent and rapidly growing startup is seeking a Team Leader to manage the Account Executive team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Activation Strategy: Develop test and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in our active markets: Spain and EU
- Team Leadership: Lead manage and inspire a team of Account Executives (AEs). Provide guidance coaching and support to help the team achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Lead by example by actively contributing to client acquisition efforts including prospecting pitching and closing deals.
- Performance Management: Enhance tools to track and analyze team performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments including SDR Affiliates Marketing Product and CX to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts to support business planning and decisionmaking.
- Sales Coaching: Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of team members ensuring they are wellequipped to succeed.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales leadership with at least 1 years in a leadership role such as leading an Account Executive team.
- Proven track record in sales leadership consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills with at least 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience in a startup environment (minimum one year).
- Strong customer service orientation and obsession with customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
