SuccessFactors SFSF Consultant

Required Skills and Experience:

• Handson experience with SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM CDP Employee Central and Learning Management System (LMS).
  
• SuccessFactors LMS certification is mandatory.
  
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors functionalities like mobility enablement 360degree appraisal calibration matrix and People Card.
  
• Experience in integrating SuccessFactors modules with other SF modules (e.g. CDP BizX JAM) and external systems.
  
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (PRD and BIRT) for reporting and customization.
  
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident change and service request management.
