Accounting Manager

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
  
• Part of the management team responsible for the daily operation of the Company.
  
• Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports weekly management meeting report and other related financial reports for the management.
  
• Preparation and filing of Financial Statements Income Tax Returns monthly tax returns and other reports and correspondence with BIR and other regulatory bodies.
  
• Review of transactions through preparation of monthly bank reconciliation proof of cash and cash flow statement.
  
• Review and reconciliation of books of accounts trial balance general ledger and other Company records.
  
• Ensures that all disbursements are appropriate properly approved and within the budget. Likewise ensures that these are properly and completely documented.
  
• Review checking and approval of daily transactions.
  
• Review analysis and approval of product prices and quotations.
  
• Recommends processes and improve procedures.
  

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
  
• At least 5 years in Accounting must be a Certified Public Accountant
