Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly social and communicative individual to join our team as a Talent Scout. This role is critical in promoting our brand enhancing our reputation in Mexico City and expanding our network of advisors. The ideal candidate will be dynamic extroverted and passionate about making a significant contribution.




Requirements

Work Experience: Previous experience in roles that require high social interaction and dynamic personal achievements. Experience in sports or membership in a social club is preferred.

  • Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of our consulting firm promoting the brand and its prestige.
  • Conduct constant interviews with potential talents.
  • Expand the network of sales advisors by selling the company and the position.
  • Attend extensive training sessions provided by the client.
  • Achieve the KPI of incorporating at least 2 people per month; 3 people in extraordinary cases.
  • Work in an environment that values humanity integrity and the spirit of service.

Requirements:

  • Preferably female.
  • Age range: 2731 years.
  • Excellent communication and social mobility skills.
  • Recent graduates with a mature image.
  • Degrees in Psychology Education Hospitality Communication or related fields.
  • Traditional and conservative values preferably Catholic.
  • Preferably graduates from universities such as IBERO ANAHUAC UP.


Benefits

  • Initial salary of MXN $30000 with the potential to double after 3 months.
  • Initial 3month trial contract followed by a career plan to become a branch manager after one year.
  • Lawmandated benefits 12 days of vacation 2 personal days with annual growth and 20 days of yearend bonus increasing to 30.

  • Hybrid work model: 1 day inperson during the first 3 months then 2 days a week.


  • Responsabilidades: Desarrollar estrategias efectivas de venta para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos. Identificar y cultivar relaciones s lidas con clientes potenciales y existentes en la industria textilera y sectores afines, como calzado y muebles. Valorar y ampliar una cartera de clientes s lida, diversificada y en constante crecimiento. Negociar acuerdos comerciales favorables y cerrar ventas de manera efectiva, maximizando los m rgenes de ganancia. Construir y mantener una cartera de clientes s lida, diversificada y en constante crecimiento. Analizar el mercado y las tendencias de la industria para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mantenerse a la vanguardia en el sector. Colaborar con ingenieros y otros departamentos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y reducir los tiempos de entrega. Requisitos: Experiencia comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria textilera, con un historial exitoso de logro de objetivos. Habilidad excepcional para negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales, con un enfoque orientado a resultados. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y autogestionada, siendo el nico vendedor inicialmente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci n y persuasi n, tanto verbal como escrita. Conocimiento profundo del mercado y las necesidades de los clientes en la industria textilera y sectores relacionados. Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a diferentes regiones, especialmente a Le n y Guadalajara. Se valorar experiencia previa con clientes importantes y la capacidad para ampliar la cartera de clientes en diferentes sectores.
