As a Lead Management and Sales Support Specialist you ll be at the forefront of driving business growth. You ll manage incoming leads schedule estimates and nurture potential clients through the sales process. This role offers a unique blend of customer service and sales support allowing you to develop valuable skills in a fastpaced environment. You ll work closely with the company s leadership playing a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers.

Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads
Schedule and coordinate inperson and virtual estimates
Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement
Utilize CRM systems to manage lead information efficiently
Track marketing costs and report on lead quality
Collaborate with the team to optimize the sales process
Contribute to achieving weekly estimate targets

Excellent communication skills in English
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
Customeroriented mindset with a drive for results
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Comfortable with performancebased incentives
Available to work 2040 hours per week depending on workload
