About the Role:

As an L2 Brake Fix Engineer you will be the goto expert for hardware software and networking issues. Your daytoday responsibilities will include:

• Addressing user tickets related to hardware software and networking.
  
• Guiding customers through installing applications and peripherals.
  
• Diagnosing and resolving issues with targeted questions and effective troubleshooting.
  
• Customizing desktop applications to meet specific user needs.
  
• Documenting technical issues and solutions and escalating unresolved issues as needed.
  
• Providing VIP support and ensuring client systems are functional.
  
• Collaborating on technical documentation and manuals.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A and Microsoft certifications are essential. A Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience is preferred.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Lenovo Laptop Repairs with proficiency in Windows 10 & 11 Office 365 and Intune.
  
• Technical Skills: Handson experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS office automation products and knowledge of network security practices.
  
• Behavioral Traits: We are looking for proactive targetdriven individuals with excellent problemsolving skills a customeroriented attitude and the ability to lead and listen.
