Retail Supervisor

• Responsible for docking with business departments completing the access of potential customers for store opening; understanding the needs of customers for store opening and completing the signing and store opening
  
• Follow up on store purchase orders and complete the listing of goods in the store
  
• Regularly inspect each store and correct any problems found.
  
• Maintain daily sales of the store plan store promotions and assist promoters in managing the store.
  
• Pay attention to store sales summarize store sales data and analyze unsalable products

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals
  
• Indepth knowledge of retail operations including inventory management and merchandising
