Job Description
This is a remote position.
Remote job(Contractual Role)
Clixlogix is looking for an experienced HR professional (12years) to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Develop & maintain recruiting sources to ensure an adequate flow of qualified resumes for candidate selection to meet job opening needs.
2. Preparing Job Descriptions in coordination with the technical team.
3. Screening and conducting the first round of interviews and forwarding the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Panel for further evaluation.
4. Coordinating with the technical team and scheduling technical interviews.
5. Good to have experience with ZOHO Recruit.

6. Maintaining a database of all the candidates in ZOHO Recruit.
7. Sending Offer letters and following up with the shortlisted candidates till they are onboarded.
Requirements
Required Skills:
1. Good verbal & written communication skills.
2. Good in Headhunting & networking.
2. Good in Headhunting & networking.
3. Experience in IT/Digital Marketing recruitment.
4. Sourcing talent through various job portals and networking
recruitment
