Job Description

In this role you will be working with Kantata a Salesforce Platform app and our
core Professional Services Automation tool and will be responsible for overseeing
designing deploying and maintaining a number of critical developments. Your
work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations teams
making this a pivotal role within our organization. You will work alongside
Business Analysts Technical Consultants and directly with business users to help
design develop and deploy projects and BAU changes all while learning and
growing your skill set.

As part of the Kantata team you will ensure changes are delivered in line with the
company s development change and release processes. In doing so the successful
candidate will be a key player in major projects with multiple departments and
stakeholders playing an integral role in our systems transformation program.

  • Design develop and maintain developments in Kantata using the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Document integration processes and maintain uptodate system diagrams.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure all functionality functions as expected.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot systems issues providing technical support to internal teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on Kantata and other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with operational teams around the world as required.
  • Organizational skills personal efficiency time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands are key.
  • Communication skills Communicates in written oral and presentation formats to represent best and express user and organizational requirements to audiences up to midlevel management.
  • Working as part of a Team Emotional intelligence the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital. Encourages and maintains a sense of fun.
  • Adaptability and Agility Confident managing activities across more than one project simultaneously. Able to adjust to the unexpected intelligently and calmly assessing impact and options.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with crossfunctional teams both internally and externally.
  • Role model & ethical practice As a member of the team you will be expected to demonstrate and lead on the values initiatives and culture of the organization.
  • Working with third party software vendors (Kantata) for updates new features best practice design principles and professional services collaboration items as needed


Requirements

Must Have:
  • Salesforce Certification. (certified advanced administrator)
  • Handson experience using and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
  • Custom Development of Flows.
  • Ideally experienced using change sets and deployment tools such as Gearset.
  • Demonstrable experience of covering the complete project life cycle in a structured environment (agile methodology) working in sprints.
  • Desirable Knowledge of different Salesforce offerings such as Service Coud Revenue Cloud Pardot DocuSign Kantata CPQ and CPQ
  • Knowledge of IDEs like VsCode Workbench Data Loader Version Control
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Previous project experience with interfaces between multiple systems.
  • Previous experience of working across multistate locations and time zones within a company that has experience of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience in the technology sector even better in the professional services world is desirable.
  • Indepth understanding of the underlying processes that business systems support in a production environment.

  • SDLC Implementation and Testing
  • Experience selling Professional Services into the Financial Services Sector
  • Strong sales methodology and competent in full sales cycle
  • Kantata Certification
