About Our Client
Our Client is multinational educational consultancy providing professional expertise and services to individuals looking to further their studies abroad.

About This Role
This position within our management team will be responsible for overseeing all UK and nonUK (Study Abroad) based recruitment activities for the company in Ghana. You will analyze the business requirements of all departments related to recruitment and then determine the appropriate improvements and solutions. You will provide professional advice and expertise to the management team to ensure the organization grows its global footprint and achieves its strategic ambitions in this regard. You will lead all relevant policy development solution implementation and training initiatives in regards to the relevant strategies and be responsible to personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Managing Study Abroad focused recruitment.
  • Responsible for growing recruitment numbers for Study Abroad including all relevant countries.
  • Hiring and Training Study Abroad related counsellors and staff.
  • Motivation of your team including monetary and nonmonetary schemes.
  • Marketing Study Abroad products within the company s regions.
  • Budgeting and forecasting annually in regard to the Study Abroad docket.
  • Keeping abreast with changes that affect Study Abroad recruitment within Ghana.
  • Work with supporting departments such as Schools and Visa to achieve set targets for Study Abroad recruitment.
  • Make longterm operations decisions regarding product development.
  • Ensure the new projects you set up are working sustainably.
  • Reviews existing personnel and systems to resolve any issues impacting the process.
  • Ensuring all the necessary resources are available for the planned marketing and student recruitment activities.


Requirements

  • A Bachelors Degree is preferably in Education Marketing Communications or Business Administration.
  • At least two years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Good leadership qualities with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Understanding of the higher education sector including knowledge of different academic programs admissions processes and student services.
  • Awareness of current trends and challenges in higher education particularly regarding student recruitment and enrolment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to articulate the benefits of the institution to prospective students and their families.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with prospective students parents school counsellors and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and techniques especially those relevant to student recruitment.
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Capability to analyze recruitment data and trends to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks events and deadlines related to recruitment activities.
  • Proficient in using various software applications including CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) and other digital tools used for recruitment and communication.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is beneficial.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service to prospective students and their families throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsive and attentive to inquiries ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team collaborating with admissions staff faculty and other departments within the institution.
  • Willingness to support and contribute to the overall goals and mission of the institution.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances in the recruitment cycle.
  • Initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and practices in recruitment ensuring fairness transparency and compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
