Job Description
- Understand the Service Center activity of the CRM function and ensure SLAs are maintained.
- Create a test and learn plan across the BAU activity of NEOM Masterbrand to provide best practice suggestions to Sector and Region Teams.
- Oversee continuous improvement of the Service Center ensuring that the process remains optimized and that elements created by the Center of Excellence are productized to be repeated for other stakeholders, where applicable.
