The Job
-Gain in-depth knowledge of their farm and poultry operations, ensuring you consistently meet their high standards.
-Priotitize health, safety, and hygiene, ensuring optimal conditions for their birds.
-Oversee and support the Assistant Manager and Farm Assistants in their daily duties.
-Manage and monitor ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting to create the best conditions.
-Keep accurate records, manage supplies, and handle alarms.
-Maintain budgets, control costs, and contribute to profit and loss insights.
The Candidate
-Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
-Strong leadership skills
-A good understanding of farming operations and poultry management
-Full UK driving license
The Package
-Salary £36,900
-3 bedroom house, Council tax and water included
