Job Description
- Define and drive design vision and strategy for existing and new games.
- Lead and mentor a team of game and UX designers.
- Align design goals with overall company objectives.
- Guide the creative process from concept to final implementation.
- Provide hands-on design support when needed.
- Oversee design documents, prototypes, and final designs.
- Allocate resources efficiently for timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with production teams on schedules and milestones.
- Foster collaboration between design and other departments.
- Ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Review game features and updates to meet high standards.
- Playtest games to identify and address improvement areas.
