NOC Engineer

Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Routers. (Must to have)
Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco Catalyst Nexus series of switches. (Must to have)
Hands on trouble shooting experience and Configuration and management of Cisco WLAN controllers Aruba Central Wireless Juniper Mist wireless.
Indepth knowledge and practical understanding of Networking concepts OSI TCP and DNS DHCP IP ARP ICMP TCP UDP SNMP
Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills in IPSec VPN technologies DMVPNFLEXVPN hands on if known will be (Good to have)
Network Security and related technologies Firewalls access and perimeter control vulnerability management (Good to have)
Good to know and Configuration and management of firewalls (FortiGatePanorama & Cisco ASA )
Candidate must have experience in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Provide incident response & resolution as part of the 24x7 Network Operations Center
Responsible for handling the Entire Network of a major Client.
Provide technical L2 level leadership within the technical team
Required to follow detailed change management and incident management processes
Communicate with other technical teams regarding Routing/Switching/Wireless operations
Work in a fast paced operations environment & Troubleshooting DC environment incidents

Good in communication and capable of handling inbound and outbound customer calls which includes live network troubleshooting.
Certification :CCNA (must to have)/ CCNP (good to have)
Candidate should be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
