Test case test data preparation and functional testing exposure of custom applications
This is functionally complex and data intensive system so candidate who have similar work exposure and mindset to master the functionality is essential. (eCommerce Semiconductor Networking and relatively simple application like loan management hospitality management will not be considered )
Handson experinece in Oracle SQL Query ifor DB level verification in current or earlier project will be assesed using intermediate level SQL query problems during interview)
Test Documentation & tracking using JIRA ALM Remedy etc tool
Desirable : Exposure to Test Automation using Java 11 Cucumber BDD Framework

Roles and Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements prepare detailed test cases and test data to validate the scenarios from screen and database level (Oracle DB)
Perform functional testing as per STLC schedule and prepare documentation to get the Testing Signoff to ensure the functional coverage of testing
Collaborate with developers in reproducing and analyzing the defects
Prepare test documentation and reports and participate in stakeholders meetings to explain testing progress
Quality gatekeeper and ensure defect free application before it goes to SIT/UAT/Prod deployment
Selfdriven and motivated individual who doesnt require micro management and able to manage deliverables under tight schedule should be ready to go extra mile
