We are currently seeking a Knowledge Copy Writer to assist the team in building and editing content to support Training and Certifications knowledge management communication and customer support initiatives.

What you get to do in this role:

Knowledge Copy Writer duties:

• Work with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements
• Create strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals providing continuity across knowledge articles
• Write straightforward user tutorials and interface text in a common language for international audiences
• Utilize a variety of media forms; including images and video
• Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary
• Analyze metrics and user feedback to make content creation and improvement plans
• Identify and leverage existing knowledge repositories to ensure effective content is delivered
• Prepare reports associated with knowledge management and share them with appropriate stakeholders
• Liaise with crossfunctional teams in evaluating and prioritizing organizational knowledge

In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum 45 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
• A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
• Experience working with content management systems
• Experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills
• Selfstarter and ability to work on your own
