As a Customer Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients addressing their needs and driving engagement to maximize customer retention and loyalty. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional service and contributing to the companys growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions with clients to review service performance discuss opportunities and address issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales marketing support) to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
- Identify upsell or crosssell opportunities and work with sales teams to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and reports to clients to communicate progress outcomes and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics and feedback to implement improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions track activities and maintain accurate account information.
- Resolve client issues and escalations with a focus on maintaining positive relationships and achieving satisfactory outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends market developments and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer relationship management account management or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport resolve conflicts and foster positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to manage client interactions and track progress.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamoriented environment.
