We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Experience: 10 15 year of experience in Broca Channel with Life Insurance company
- CTC Bracket: Max upto 10 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate
- Location: Mumbai Suburban
- Applicant must be a localite
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential distributors in the BROCA space align them with the channel strategy for profitable growth.
- Team Handling Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Managers and drive business performance.
- Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partners.
- Partnership Distribution
- Handling Corporate Agency and Broking relationships.
