Job Description:

Human Resources Manager at TekWissen plays a critical role in managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization.

This includes overseeing recruitment employee relations performance management benefits administration and compliance with employment laws.

The HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies and practices that support the overall objectives of the organization.

Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain talent manage the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Foster positive relations by addressing concerns resolving conflicts and implementing engagement initiatives for a healthy work environment.

Implement appraisal systems guide managers on improvement plans and coordinate training programs for employee development.

Develop communicate and update HR policies to oversee employee benefits programs and ensure competitive and comprehensive packages.

Required Strong organizational and time management abilities with Conflict resolution

Maintain Ethics and integrity in handling HR matters to drive employee engagement initiatives

Maintain HR compliance (PF ESIC Bonus Gratuity others act) with all company policies benefits schemes and procedures

Reviewing negotiating & authorizing contractual agreements

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies Admin operations & legal framework systems tactics and procedures across the organization

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role with In depth knowledge of HR principles practices and labor laws (Certification).
