Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements management reports and variance analysis to provide insights into the companys financial performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets forecasts and financial models to guide decisionmaking and ensure financial stability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including RBI guidelines and other financial regulations applicable to NBFCs.
- Treasury Management: Manage cash flow liquidity and investments to optimize returns while maintaining liquidity needs of the company.
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop financial strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives to support growth and profitability.
- Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits including statutory audits and tax audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor finance teams ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
