Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager Home Loans and LAP

Location: Kanpur Unnao Prayagraj Gorakhpur

CTC Upto 6LPA

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team specializing in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with existing clients as well as developing new business opportunities in the Home Loans and LAP segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking Home Loans and LAP products.
  • Source a Lead From DSA
  • Understand clients' financial needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk analysis for loan applications.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit Operations and Legal to expedite loan processing and resolve client queries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the Home Loans and LAP portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the banking or financial services industry with specific experience in Home Loans and LAP.
  • Strong understanding of financial products lending procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a targetdriven environment.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on delivering highquality service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM software.
