Are you a visionary Architect looking to make your mark in an innovative and dynamic environment Kamro have partnered with an architectural firm known for their excellence and innovation dedicated to transforming spaces and creating inspiring environments. As an Architect you will be at the forefront of designing cuttingedge architectural projects that push the boundaries of creativity and functionality. You will be developing detailed design plans coordinating with clients ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to completion. Primarily in the housing department this role offers the unique opportunity to enhance your portfolio with standout projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work on architectural projects from the initial concept through to the planning stages ensuring they align with client objectives/requirements whilst delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders including local authorities and governing bodies to guarantee successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct thorough site analysis feasibility studies and research to inform and guide decisions and project recommendations.
  • Work closely with planners architects engineers and other professionals to integrate urban design principles into projects.
  • Develop and present detailed design proposals to clients and stakeholders clearly communicating the project vision and progress.
  • Prepare coordinate and submit comprehensive planning packages.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends best practices and innovations in the built environment demonstrating a proactive approach to selfmotivation and interest in business development.

Experience

  • A bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field with an ARB registration is essential.
  • Proficiency with Revit is desirable but not required.
  • Time spent with AutoCAD SketchUp and Photoshop is expected.
  • A RIBA registration would be an advantage but not required.
  • Experience working within design teams or independently managing projects coordinating design teams and liaising with clients stakeholders and consultants.
  • Demonstrating exceptional design skills with a thorough understanding of Building Regulations design standards and best practices.
  • Strong leadership organisational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently on smaller projects or collaboratively as a part of a team on larger projects.
